Vacation rental properties are self check in. Check in is 3:00 PM and check out is by 11:00 AM. You will receive an email with check in instructions 48 hours prior to your arrival.
A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required to make a reservation. Cancelation for Property Rentals – We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19 ) , your deposit will be refunded less a booking fee equal to the greater of $30 or 6% (plus tax ) of the deposit if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded (less the booking fee ) or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. No refunds for early departures. No shows will be charged the full amount.
The remaining balance is charged to the card used to make the reservation on the day of arrival. You may call the office to pay your balance anytime during office hours after the reservation has been made. You may also email a request for the remaining balance to be applied to the card used to make the reservation or request a link to be emailed to you to pay the remaining balance.
A select few of the vacation rental properties allow pets. The maximum number of pets allowed is two. We charge an additional $25 (plus tax ) cleaning fee per stay, and we require a $200 pet damage deposit that will be authorized to the card used to make the reservation. If no damage is incurred, the deposit will expire between 3-7, days depending on your financial institution. You must have approval for a pet prior to your arrival.
Children are very welcome in all our rental properties.
There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside any of our rental properties, but you may smoke outside on the decks.
No. The rental properties are cleaned before you arrive and again after you depart. If you need more paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.., you may contact the office during normal office hours and request more.
Only for emergencies, requested maintenance and pest control which occurs the second Thursday of every month. Pest control service is provided by a professional pest control technician.
All our rental properties have fully equipped kitchens with microwaves and dishwashers unless noted otherwise in their respective descriptions and are stocked with pots, pans, serving and eating utensils. They are also stocked with liquid dishwashing detergent for hand washing and with powder detergent for dishwashing machines.

All our rental properties are made up with freshly laundered linens and towels for the amount of guests the property sleeps. There is also hand/body soap bars for all bathrooms and kitchens. You will need to bring all personal care items including shampoo with you.
Most of our rental homes have plenty of parking for up to at least four vehicles. The condos have two assigned parking spaces available for guest use.
We have a great local grocery store, Sunfest Market, with a deli and bakery (catering available) near the main entrance to Holiday Island. Also located in the same area are: a hardware store, Dollar General, White Oak gas station quick stop and a large variety of restaurants and shops are available just six miles south in Eureka Springs.
The paved nature trail (Leatherwood Trail) is approximately one mile long and can is located on Bluewater Drive off Woodsdale Drive. The Starlight Trail is located on Starlight Avenue.
Many of our rental properties have wireless Internet access. The local bank (CS Bank ) across from the main entrance also has an internet kiosk.
The Holiday Island Marina has boat slip rentals, boat rentals (Pontoon, fishing ) , bait, snacks, merchandise and fuel. You may launch boats for free with plenty of trailer parking. Call for hours of operation and information at 479-253-8300. Fishing licenses can be purchased at the marina, the grocery store, or over the phone by calling 800-364-4263 with a phone number, credit card and drivers license or on the Arkansas Game and Fish website www.agfc.com.

We are about an hour south of Branson. Directions to Branson, Silver Dollar City and Springfield, Missouri – Turn left onto highway 23 and follow to stop sign at Missouri Hwy 86. Turn right on Hwy 86 and follow to Missouri Hwy 65. Turn left on highway 65 and follow north to Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City. Continue on North from Branson to Springfield on highway 65.

From the North: Head towards Eureka Springs. When you cross the MO/AR state line you should be on Hwy P in Missouri and Hwy 23 in Arkansas. Go approximately 5 miles south of the AR/MO border on Hwy 23 until you come to the Holiday Island Shopping Center. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive ) will be on the right.
