BLUE WATER DRIVE #65-2 (Sleeps six/1065 Sq. Feet) $160 per night (W$145) LAKESIDE. Semi-secluded two-bedroom lakeside duplex with KING BEDS and two full baths. Master bedroom has private bath and 32-INCH FLAT SCREEN LED TV. Second bedroom has 32-INCH FLAT SCREEN LED TV. Kitchen and bathrooms have CERAMIC TILE FLOORS and the living room has beautiful HARDWOOD FLOORS AND BEAD BOARD WAINSCOTED WALLS. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, FIREPLACE, sliding glass doors to private deck, 40-INCH FLAT SCREEN LCD TV, DVD, and boom box. Fully equipped kitchen. Central heat and air conditioning. Large semi-shaded 10x20 deck with it's own PERSONAL SIX-PERSON HOT TUB. Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. While this is a great property in a great lakeside location, it does not have a lake view. Together, all three Blue Water Drive properties will sleep a total of 18 guests! There are two parking spaces available.

Spend a romantic evening relaxing in the soothing waters of the hot tub. Watch deer and other wildlife emerge as nightfall descends and nature begins her daily symphony of night sounds. Surrounded by trees and open fields. Walk 130 yards down to the lake and fish from the bank or launch a canoe (canoe not provided). Semi-circle driveway for easy boat parking, and only 1/8th mile from the full service marina where pontoon, fishing, and ski boats may be rented. For the guest with exercise in mind, there is a paved walking trail that goes right by the edge of the property.

We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2. If you are bringing your pet(s), please let us know how many pets you will be bringing in the comment section of the reservation request.

When making a reservation, HomeAway charges a traveler service fee of up to 12%. This fee is charged STRICTLY BY AND FOR HomeAway!

All rental properties have fully equipped kitchens with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Each property is provided with blankets, linens, towels, coffee filters, first morning coffee, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and bath soap. Some items you will need to provide: shampoo, all food and beverages. During the fall and winter (Oct 1st-March 31st), properties with fireplaces may burn fire logs. No wood is allowed to be used in the fireplaces. Guests must provide their own fire logs.

PETS or UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES: Pets are allowed in some of the rental properties with approval prior to arrival. A $25 pet cleaning fee will be applied for the entire stay. Approved pets (pet policy does apply) must be registered on the reservation and a $200 pet damage deposit will be authorized on the day of arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold that will automatically release after a few days. If it is apparent that you have an unregistered pet or unregistered guest staying in the rental property, you will be charged $250.00 additional and/or asked to leave with no refunds. Your occupying the rental property acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges, all charges of collecting these charges, and damages beyond normal wear and tear including candle wax and/or drinks spilled on bedspreads, furniture, or carpets, etc.

PARKING: All of the rental properties have a minimum of two parking spaces. Some of the larger homes offer more spaces.

SMOKING: All of the rental properties and motel rooms are non-smoking including vape pens, e-cigarettes and marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party was smoking inside the property, your credit card will be charged an additional $250.00 for professional carpet, upholstery, and drapery cleaning. When smoking outside, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. You will be charged an additional $50 if we have to clean your cigarette butts from the ground.

OUTSIDE FIRES: Outside fire are not allowed for any reason with the exception of the properties with outside fire pits. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party had an outside fire, your credit card will be charged an additional $250 for clean up and fines levied by the Fire Department.

PEST CONTROL: A pest control technician arrives the second Thursday of every month to perform pest control services.

Your occupying the rental property or room acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges.

DIRECTIONS TO HOLIDAY ISLAND MAIN ENTRANCE
From the East and the South (Eureka Springs): Take Hwy 23 North off of Hwy 62. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.

From the North: Head towards Eureka Springs. When you cross the MO/AR state line you should be on Hwy P in Missouri and Hwy 23 in Arkansas. Go approximately 5 miles south of the AR/MO border on Hwy 23 until you come to the Holiday Island Shopping Center. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be on the right.

From the West: Follow Hwy 62 East towards Eureka Springs. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 23 North. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.

Deposit Policy

Vacation Rental Property reservations: A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancellation policy. There is an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. Balance will be charged on the day of arrival.

The home is clean and adequately stocked however there are a few issues to make folks aware of.
1, The pull out sofa bed is dead. The mattress is flat and would not even cushion a couple of 60 pound kids.
2, the hot tub was filthy, low on water, cloudy, and had a bad odor. No tools are provided to skim it.
3. The home needs updating something bad. Numerous issues throughout the home show signs of neglect and disrepair.
4. The advertised pool is almost a mile away at the hotel. You get emailed a pass on your day of arrival. Not sure where they expect you to print those.

For the money paid, it's a bad investment in your vacation in my opinion.

the cabin was PERFECT! exactly what we expected, both beds were very comfortable and the place was super clean. they have pretty much everything you need to cook (all the basics, including some oil and a few seasonings), i would just suggest bringing your own knives or a knife sharpener (there could be a sharpener but we didn’t look too hard). we could see a tiny view of the lake from our cabin but it was surrounded by trees and still beautiful, and the lake was literally a 1 minute walk away! about a 15 minute drive to downtown eureka springs. very comfortable and clean stay and i would definitely recommend/stay here again!

Perfect 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin. Full size kitchen for cooking or to store leftovers. The Hot tub was the main reason we booked it, and close water access. We brought our own kayaks and paddled around on the lake. It was amazing! There is a partial view of the lake from the deck.
We didn’t mind the 10-15 min drive into Eureka Springs it wasn’t a problem.
We will be back for our next trip for sure!

This place is cuter than pictured! Its just a short drive from downtown Eureka and is SUCH a deal. Hosts were flexible with early check in due to snowy weather which helped us out a lot. Overall one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, great memories were made!

The accommodations are just ok. The pull out sofa was so bad we couldn’t use it so we had to sleep three people in one of the bedrooms. But if you don’t mind sleeping on a very thin mattress it might be ok. The pillows were very thin. The hot tub only had jets (that I could get to work) in one seat. Otherwise it was an ok stay.

Cute condo/cabin. Dog friendly and clean. Hot tub did not get as hot as I would have liked, but otherwise it was great. If you want to stream anything on the TV be sure to bring your own roku or firestick. But over all it was excellent. We had a fantastic trip.

Great location for those wanting to be near the water and in a quiet area. Only a short walk down to the water, which was perfect for getting out on a paddleboard. We have now stayed twice and it is a great & quiet experience... We love it there and will be back, Always clean and you never really see anyone.. We locked our key in the cabin on accident and they had us another one in the lock box when we got back from town.. The value is there! We will be back!
