Master bedroom suite is upstairs and has an office area with a table and booth seating and a ¾ bathroom. Master bedroom has king bed, built in dressers, window alcoves, leather chairs, and 25-inch TV and DVD. Second bedroom is on main level with queen bed, log bedframe and furniture, private ¾ bath, and 19-inch TV with DVD/VCR. Third bedroom is also on main level with queen bed and a stereo/CD player. Third bathroom (common bath) is in hallway outside the third bedroom. Living room, kitchen, and dining room are one large open room. Living room has real wood plank flooring, split log railing on the stairs, queen size futon, two recliners, rock and log coffee table, 37-inch flat screen TV, DVD/VCR, and French Doors to 8x28 front porch with a view of the mountains in the background. Fire pit with bench seats in driveway. Fenced back yard. Walking distance to the recreation center (250 yards). Wireless Internet access provided. Gas and charcoal grill. NO SMOKING.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. All rental properties have fully equipped kitchens with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Each property is provided with blankets, linens, towels, coffee filters, first morning coffee, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and bath soap. Some items you will need to provide: shampoo, all food and beverages. During the fall and winter (Oct 1st-March 31st), properties with fireplaces may burn fire logs. No wood is allowed to be used in the fireplaces. Guests must provide their own fire logs.
PETS or UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES: Pets are allowed in some of the rental properties with approval prior to arrival. A $25 pet cleaning fee will be applied for the entire stay. Approved pets (pet policy does apply) must be registered on the reservation and a $200 pet damage deposit will be authorized on the day of arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold that will automatically release after a few days. If it is apparent that you have an unregistered pet or unregistered guest staying in the rental property, you will be charged $250.00 additional and/or asked to leave with no refunds. Your occupying the rental property acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges, all charges of collecting these charges, and damages beyond normal wear and tear including candle wax and/or drinks spilled on bedspreads, furniture, or carpets, etc.
PARKING: All of the rental properties have a minimum of two parking spaces. Some of the larger homes offer more spaces.
SMOKING: All of the rental properties and motel rooms are non-smoking including vape pens, e-cigarettes and marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party was smoking inside the property, your credit card will be charged an additional $250.00 for professional carpet, upholstery, and drapery cleaning. When smoking outside, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. You will be charged an additional $50 if we have to clean your cigarette butts from the ground.
OUTSIDE FIRES: Outside fire are not allowed for any reason with the exception of the properties with outside fire pits. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party had an outside fire, your credit card will be charged an additional $250 for clean up and fines levied by the Fire Department.
PEST CONTROL: A pest control technician arrives the second Thursday of every month to perform pest control services.
Your occupying the rental property or room acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges.
DIRECTIONS TO HOLIDAY ISLAND MAIN ENTRANCE
From the East and the South (Eureka Springs): Take Hwy 23 North off of Hwy 62. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.
From the North: Head towards Eureka Springs. When you cross the MO/AR state line you should be on Hwy P in Missouri and Hwy 23 in Arkansas. Go approximately 5 miles south of the AR/MO border on Hwy 23 until you come to the Holiday Island Shopping Center. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be on the right.
From the West: Follow Hwy 62 East towards Eureka Springs. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 23 North. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.

Our stay at this home on Holiday Island was very comfortable and pleasant. Holiday Island is only about 15 minutes from Eureka Springs where there is plenty of shopping, entertainment, restaurants and the great Passion Play. The home had all the amenities as described as well as plenty of games and DVD’s for children. It was a perfect place for two couples with plenty of privacy. Would definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay! House itself & location were perfect for us. The games, movies, spices were an added bonus I was not expecting. Very close to boat ramp which was ideal. Would stay here again for sure!
Great location just outside of Eureka Springs. Nice home full three bedrooms with queen or larger beds and bathrooms. The home also has a large garage to house our motorcycles. This location is a bit tricky to get out of, we didn't find the second exit that comes in from Hwy 23 and the north part of the property until the last day. Our navigation had us come in off of blacktop and that exit is tricky for a biker. I don't know if this was just our trip but the kitchen was not as stocked with condiments that you typically see with an Airbnb, such as pepper, ketchup, mustard already in the fridge, so come prepared.
This property was so wonderful for our Girls Weekend. Eureka Springs is close by and very charming, but when we wanted peace and serenity, we just went back to this beautiful home. It truly was like a home away from home.

This house was awesome! Gives a great outdoor feeling with the animal decor. The staff for holiday Island was amazing as they needed to relocate us to this rental location from our original late at night and were very prompt is getting us taken care of even so late. Definitely recommend this stay and company!
Very nice and roomy with comfortable beds. Enjoyed getting up and seeing the deer in the yard.
The house was clean, and nice. Very roomy! We had some family come over for dinners and it was an awesome time! Deer were roaming (very cool). The communication was great. ABSOLUTELY would stay there again!
