Master, second bedroom and third loft bedrooms have queen beds. The common full bathroom with jetted tub located in the central hallway off the living room. Laundry room with washer and dryer located in the central hallway across from the bathroom. Living room offers vaulted ceiling, comfortable seating and 46-inch flat screen LED TV. Fully equipped Kitchen/Dining area with doors to the back covered porch and deck with 6 person HOT TUB. Enjoy the charming front porch with swing! Wi-fi access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.
The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests.

If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

Cancellation Policy

VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES ARE SELF CHECK IN. Check in information will be provided by email 48 hours prior to arrival. The remaining reservation balance is charged on the day of arrival.

All rental properties have fully equipped kitchens with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Each property is provided with blankets, linens, towels, coffee filters, first morning coffee, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and bath soap. Some items you will need to provide: shampoo, all food and beverages. During the fall and winter (Oct 1st-March 31st), properties with fireplaces may burn fire logs. No wood is allowed to be used in the fireplaces. Guests must provide their own fire logs.
PETS or UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES: Pets are allowed in some of the rental properties with approval prior to arrival. A $25 pet cleaning fee will be applied for the entire stay. Approved pets (pet policy does apply) must be registered on the reservation and a $200 pet damage deposit will be authorized on the day of arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold that will automatically release after a few days. If it is apparent that you have an unregistered pet or unregistered guest staying in the rental property, you will be charged $250.00 additional and/or asked to leave with no refunds. Your occupying the rental property acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges, all charges of collecting these charges, and damages beyond normal wear and tear including candle wax and/or drinks spilled on bedspreads, furniture, or carpets, etc.
PARKING: All of the rental properties have a minimum of two parking spaces. Some of the larger homes offer more spaces.
SMOKING: All of the rental properties and motel rooms are non-smoking including vape pens, e-cigarettes and marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party was smoking inside the property, your credit card will be charged an additional $250.00 for professional carpet, upholstery, and drapery cleaning. When smoking outside, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. You will be charged an additional $50 if we have to clean your cigarette butts from the ground.
OUTSIDE FIRES: Outside fire are not allowed for any reason with the exception of the properties with outside fire pits. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party had an outside fire, your credit card will be charged an additional $250 for clean up and fines levied by the Fire Department.
PEST CONTROL: A pest control technician arrives the second Thursday of every month to perform pest control services.
Your occupying the rental property or room acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges.
DIRECTIONS TO HOLIDAY ISLAND MAIN ENTRANCE
From the East and the South (Eureka Springs): Take Hwy 23 North off of Hwy 62. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.
From the North: Head towards Eureka Springs. When you cross the MO/AR state line you should be on Hwy P in Missouri and Hwy 23 in Arkansas. Go approximately 5 miles south of the AR/MO border on Hwy 23 until you come to the Holiday Island Shopping Center. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be on the right.
From the West: Follow Hwy 62 East towards Eureka Springs. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 23 North. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.

Deposit Policy
Vacation Rental Property reservations: A 50% of the reservation is due at the time the reservation is made and is refundable only in accordance with the cancellation policy. There is an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. Balance will be charged on the day of arrival.

The photos do not fully show how beautiful and peaceful the outdoor deck is! And the inside is cozier and more comfortable than expected. Huge kitchen!
Unfortunately, the hot tube did not work: the jets didn't stay running (maybe due to low water level) and there were no instructions for filling it or troubleshooting. I reached out about the hot tub, but before we received a response, we lost power due to a storm that went through the area. Very disappointing that we chose this location to enjoy nights on the deck in the hot tub, and we never had a chance to do that.
Holiday Island was not helpful with power outage issues either. This was clearly just a corporate stay that lacked personal assistance and service during a disaster.

My husband and I had a great time, the cabin was perfect for us. We liked coming back to the hot tub after a day of adventures. We enjoyed Eureka Springs a lot. We ate at the Cathouse, Rowdy Bever and Myrtie Mae's and all had great food. We loved the Haunted Eureka Ghost Tour and did a self tour of the beautiful Crescent Hotel. We walked Eureka Springs a couple times. Love the town and it's people, they put on a wonderful St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Cabin was nicely tucked onto the side of a mountain/terrain. Steep, curvy and nicely secluded. Very quiet. Perfect WiFi. Clean. 10 minutes from groceries, gas and a Dollar General. Deck is great, hot tub was nice to have, but pack your own big pool towels for your stay. Plenty of small & appliances. No Keurig. Make sure to bring your own toiletries. They do provide them - but are the very basic hotel items. Also bring a few extra laundry pods and basic counter cleaning supplies …..and ice trays as applies. Everything was easy to use and other than what I mentioned - it’s all there in the cabin. We loved our stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here. The area is very peaceful and the home décor itself is just so adorable! The kitchen, bathrooms, and even bathrooms were very well stocked with everything we needed and more.
The only bummer is that there is NO pool, as is listed in the amenities. I noticed that all of the host's properties list that they have pools when they do not.
