ON A QUIET MOUNTAIN SIDE with beautiful wooded views is a custom-built, semi-secluded 4 bedroom, 4 bath home that can accommodate up to 8 with both front and back decks, attached garage and a lower driveway for additional parking, including RV.

ON QUIET MOUNTAIN SIDE This spacious home featuring a vaulted ceiling, open common area floor plan and large kitchen sleeps up to 8, offers peace and quiet and beautiful wooded views! Bedrooms include King or Queen beds, ceiling fans, flat screen tv's and gorgeous views. Three of the bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms and all bathrooms feature walk-in showers. The spa tub room offers a one person jetted bath tub and dressing area. The living and dining area features a large flat screen tv, gas fireplace, a large wrap around sofa and dining space for up to 8. The kitchen island offers a small work space or additional counter space, while the kitchen itself offers everything needed including plenty of counter space. Large, sliding glass doors in the living area allow natural light, more wonderful views and access to a large back deck with more lovely views of the wooded surroundings and access to the fenced back yard. The laundry area features additional back deck access with a doggie door as well as built in folding counter and a built-in work station desk.
Free WIFI is provided. There is a propane gas grill on the front deck for guests to use. SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY! There is room for 6 passenger cars. There is an external security doorbell camera.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.
The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. The seasonal communal pool at the recreation center is available by presenting the pool pass and paying the use fee.

All rental properties have fully equipped kitchens with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Each property is provided with blankets, linens, towels, coffee filters, first morning coffee, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and bath soap. Some items you will need to provide: shampoo, all food and beverages. During the fall and winter (Oct 1st-March 31st), properties with fireplaces may burn fire logs. No wood is allowed to be used in the fireplaces. Guests must provide their own fire logs.
PETS or UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES: Pets are allowed in some of the rental properties with approval prior to arrival. A $25 pet cleaning fee will be applied for the entire stay. Approved pets (pet policy does apply) must be registered on the reservation and a $200 pet damage deposit will be authorized on the day of arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold that will automatically release after a few days. If it is apparent that you have an unregistered pet or unregistered guest staying in the rental property, you will be charged $250.00 additional and/or asked to leave with no refunds. Your occupying the rental property acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges, all charges of collecting these charges, and damages beyond normal wear and tear including candle wax and/or drinks spilled on bedspreads, furniture, or carpets, etc.
PARKING: All of the rental properties have a minimum of two parking spaces. Some of the larger homes offer more spaces.
SMOKING: All of the rental properties and motel rooms are non-smoking including vape pens, e-cigarettes and marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party was smoking inside the property, your credit card will be charged an additional $250.00 for professional carpet, upholstery, and drapery cleaning. When smoking outside, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. You will be charged an additional $50 if we have to clean your cigarette butts from the ground.
OUTSIDE FIRES: Outside fire are not allowed for any reason with the exception of the properties with outside fire pits. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party had an outside fire, your credit card will be charged an additional $250 for clean up and fines levied by the Fire Department.
PEST CONTROL: A pest control technician arrives the second Thursday of every month to perform pest control services.
Your occupying the rental property or room acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges.
DIRECTIONS TO HOLIDAY ISLAND MAIN ENTRANCE
From the East and the South (Eureka Springs): Take Hwy 23 North off of Hwy 62. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.
From the North: Head towards Eureka Springs. When you cross the MO/AR state line you should be on Hwy P in Missouri and Hwy 23 in Arkansas. Go approximately 5 miles south of the AR/MO border on Hwy 23 until you come to the Holiday Island Shopping Center. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be on the right.
From the West: Follow Hwy 62 East towards Eureka Springs. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 23 North. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.

All was great at this BNB! Kitchen was extremely well stocked for all cooking needs, plenty of towels, beds comfortable, loved all the attached bathrooms, quiet and peaceful, lots of woodland animals, fairly close drive to many attractions and the town of Eureka Springs, host was accommodating and helpful, lovely home with plenty of space for everyone, two decks and plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

This location was perfect for our needs. We trailered motorcycles and there was plenty of area to park the trucks and trailers. The absolute best part was use of the garage. No worrying about bugs, rain, or anything getting on the bikes. AC was great and beds were comfy.

Family trip with the hubs, the mother and father in-law, sister and brother in-law and their 2 kids. This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home was perfect. It had plenty of dishes and appliances such as a crockpot and toaster which was very nice. Each bedroom and bathroom had a ton of space and each room had a tv, giant closet, and lots of pillows. The King sized beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy and the place was pristine clean when we arrived. Being able to have use of the garage was wonderful for loading and unloading our luggage and groceries because it was pouring down rain during those times. We all loved the built in gas fire place on the living room wall. Even though we did not bring our pets, this place is pet friendly, it even has a doggie door in the laundry room. The parking accommodated our 3 vehicles, one of which had to be parked in the garage. So if there are more than 3 vehicles, someone will have to park down a hill and walk up to the house.
