Living room has queen sleeper sofa, FIREPLACE, 40-INCH FLAT SCREEN LED TV, DVD, stereo, and sliding glass doors to private deck. Fully equipped kitchen. Central heat and air conditioning with ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Large 10 by 20 foot deck with it’s own PERSONAL SIX-PERSON HOT TUB and an adjoining door to #3 for groups. Spend a romantic evening relaxing in the soothing waters of the hot tub overlooking the peaceful serenity of the lake. Watch deer and other wildlife emerge as nightfall descends and nature begins her daily symphony of night sounds. Large level yard with plenty of room for children to play. Surrounded by trees and open fields. Walk 100 yards down to the lake and fish from the bank or launch a canoe (canoe not provided). Semi-circle driveway for easy boat parking, and only 1/8th mile from the full service marina where pontoon, fishing, and ski boats may be rented. For the guest with exercise in mind, there is a paved walking trail that goes right by the edge of the yard.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. All rental properties have fully equipped kitchens with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Each property is provided with blankets, linens, towels, coffee filters, first morning coffee, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and bath soap. Some items you will need to provide: shampoo, all food and beverages. During the fall and winter (Oct 1st-March 31st), properties with fireplaces may burn fire logs. No wood is allowed to be used in the fireplaces. Guests must provide their own fire logs.
PETS or UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES: Pets are allowed in some of the rental properties with approval prior to arrival. A $25 pet cleaning fee will be applied for the entire stay. Approved pets (pet policy does apply) must be registered on the reservation and a $200 pet damage deposit will be authorized on the day of arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold that will automatically release after a few days. If it is apparent that you have an unregistered pet or unregistered guest staying in the rental property, you will be charged $250.00 additional and/or asked to leave with no refunds. Your occupying the rental property acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges, all charges of collecting these charges, and damages beyond normal wear and tear including candle wax and/or drinks spilled on bedspreads, furniture, or carpets, etc.
PARKING: All of the rental properties have a minimum of two parking spaces. Some of the larger homes offer more spaces.
SMOKING: All of the rental properties and motel rooms are non-smoking including vape pens, e-cigarettes and marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party was smoking inside the property, your credit card will be charged an additional $250.00 for professional carpet, upholstery, and drapery cleaning. When smoking outside, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. You will be charged an additional $50 if we have to clean your cigarette butts from the ground.
OUTSIDE FIRES: Outside fire are not allowed for any reason with the exception of the properties with outside fire pits. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party had an outside fire, your credit card will be charged an additional $250 for clean up and fines levied by the Fire Department.
PEST CONTROL: A pest control technician arrives the second Thursday of every month to perform pest control services.
Your occupying the rental property or room acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges.
DIRECTIONS TO HOLIDAY ISLAND MAIN ENTRANCE
From the East and the South (Eureka Springs): Take Hwy 23 North off of Hwy 62. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.
From the North: Head towards Eureka Springs. When you cross the MO/AR state line you should be on Hwy P in Missouri and Hwy 23 in Arkansas. Go approximately 5 miles south of the AR/MO border on Hwy 23 until you come to the Holiday Island Shopping Center. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be on the right.
From the West: Follow Hwy 62 East towards Eureka Springs. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 23 North. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.

This was exactly what me and my husband needed. It was quiet. It felt very private.peaceful . We walked down to the water and just fished right in front of our place .beautiful scenery from the balcony. We saw wildlife best restaurants around lots and lots of things to do. Very close by. There's a beach on down the road. Everything was just perfect. I really really appreciate these hosts and will recommend others and I will be back again. And did I mention the hot tub right on the balcony looking over the water. If you're looking for a honeymoon or anniversary, this is your place.
We had a good stay. Great area with a great view. Easy drive to the lake for daily boating. Thank you for letting us park our boat on the property, very helpful.

I have two teenage children and we had lots to do and explore. Trails, fishing, shopping. We enjoyed the hottub and patio at night. Would stay again!

This place had everything I was hoping for, it was comfortable and homey feeling and we loved the fireplace and hot tub both as well as an amazing view of the lake. Perfect for getting away from the chaos and enjoying nature- nightly visits from deer and racoons and a nature walk around the lake were the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back again and hopefully soon!

Such an awesome location. The cabin has a beautiful view of the waterway, and the hillside on the other side of the river. We loved having the walking trail near the cabin. The cabin is well stocked with plenty of towels, a full array of kitchen supplies, and a TV for every bed. The beds were very comfortable, and the walls are nicely decorated. The whole place feels very finished and comfortable.
Very beautiful house and the view from the deck to the water is beautiful. And the wildlife and nature around the house is beautiful also
It was a nice Spring Break getaway spot for our family! We were close enough that we were able to enjoy downtown Eureka during the day, and then played games, watched movies and enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The drive to downtown was about 15 minutes.
