Master bedroom suite is on the main level and has a KING BED, private ¾ bath, wood laminate floor, sliding glass doors to a large 10x40 deck, and 25-inch TV. Second and third bedrooms are downstairs and have queen beds. Also downstairs is a family room with full bath, POOL TABLE, queen sleeper sofa, sliding glass doors to large shaded 10x40 deck, 27-inch TV, and DVD/VCR. Living room has vaulted ceilings, wood laminate floor, half bath, and 32-INCH FLAT SCREEN LCD TV. Dining room has sliding glass doors for access to upper deck with a winter lake view. WALKING DISTANCE TO THE MARINA. Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.
The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests.
Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is eight. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets is 2. If you are bringing your pet(s), please let us know how many pets you will be bringing in the comment section of the reservation request.

All rental properties have fully equipped kitchens with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Each property is provided with blankets, linens, towels, coffee filters, first morning coffee, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and bath soap. Some items you will need to provide: shampoo, all food and beverages. During the fall and winter (Oct 1st-March 31st), properties with fireplaces may burn fire logs. No wood is allowed to be used in the fireplaces. Guests must provide their own fire logs.
PETS or UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES: Pets are allowed in some of the rental properties with approval prior to arrival. A $25 pet cleaning fee will be applied for the entire stay. Approved pets (pet policy does apply) must be registered on the reservation and a $200 pet damage deposit will be authorized on the day of arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold that will automatically release after a few days. If it is apparent that you have an unregistered pet or unregistered guest staying in the rental property, you will be charged $250.00 additional and/or asked to leave with no refunds. Your occupying the rental property acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges, all charges of collecting these charges, and damages beyond normal wear and tear including candle wax and/or drinks spilled on bedspreads, furniture, or carpets, etc.
PARKING: All of the rental properties have a minimum of two parking spaces. Some of the larger homes offer more spaces.
SMOKING: All of the rental properties and motel rooms are non-smoking including vape pens, e-cigarettes and marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party was smoking inside the property, your credit card will be charged an additional $250.00 for professional carpet, upholstery, and drapery cleaning. When smoking outside, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. You will be charged an additional $50 if we have to clean your cigarette butts from the ground.
OUTSIDE FIRES: Outside fire are not allowed for any reason with the exception of the properties with outside fire pits. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party had an outside fire, your credit card will be charged an additional $250 for clean up and fines levied by the Fire Department.
PEST CONTROL: A pest control technician arrives the second Thursday of every month to perform pest control services.
Your occupying the rental property or room acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges.
DIRECTIONS TO HOLIDAY ISLAND MAIN ENTRANCE
From the East and the South (Eureka Springs): Take Hwy 23 North off of Hwy 62. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.
From the North: Head towards Eureka Springs. When you cross the MO/AR state line you should be on Hwy P in Missouri and Hwy 23 in Arkansas. Go approximately 5 miles south of the AR/MO border on Hwy 23 until you come to the Holiday Island Shopping Center. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be on the right.
From the West: Follow Hwy 62 East towards Eureka Springs. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 23 North. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.

Not much to say was a good fun weekend easy to book easy to get in easy to leave
My family and I had a lot of fun staying here. I liked all the antique furniture. The double decker deck with a hot tub was cool. I like how private the location is. We all enjoyed the pool table.
This is our second year staying here for Jeep Jam and it’s perfect for our girls trip. Hot tub was clean, plenty of space, pool table… felt at home. We plan to make this “our girls trip house” every year!!
Could use some updated furniture but was overall a nice place to stay
Lots of room in the house for my family. Great location. There was an issue with the AC unit upstairs and they immediately sent someone out. The house was nice and cool in no time. Great response time
The hosts were responsive to messages and requests. The house was perfect and as described.
We spent a lot of money for a place specifically with a hot tub to arrive and find the hot tub never heated up properly and had obviously not been chlorinated. It had dead skin and hair floating in it. So disappointing.
This property allows pets, but is not well suited for taking your pets out to potty. There is a tiny patch of grass up the hill by the mailbox, the same place that the entire neighborhood seems to use since everything else is rocky. There would be access to the steep shoreline side of the house which could be ok for pets, but the stairs are blocked off because they are rotting. The house was nice and spacious with decent amenities, our family enjoyed our stay. Just be aware that the house and what it offers is all you really get out of the deal. Absolutely no accessible yard for kids or pets.
Overall, we had a great weekend staying here.
We had a wonderful stay! Short drive into Eureka. Plenty of room, beautiful view, loved the hot tub! Would definitely stay again!
Home was spacious and in nice safe area!!! Tv had lots of apps to use!! Home could use some TLC but host was very responsive and worked with me when I had to change me reservations 3 times!! Thank you! Home worked out wonderfully!!

house was , outside was nothing to see ,could at least fix a way to get to water and cut some lowers tree so we could sit on decks to see water . so all year round can see lake. thank you oh get new coffee maker, fix dinning chairs , and sliding doors. sorry not be back .

The house was clean and well kept, and you can’t beat the view out in the lake. Having three toilets was great for the value, and there was plenty of room, and easy to find everything. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
