Beautiful three-bedroom two-bathroom one level home with one half of garage available, decorated in country charm. Master bedroom has king bed, ¾ bathroom with double sink vanity, walk-in-closet, sliding doors to deck, ceiling fan, and 40-inch flat screen LED TV (with Dish service). Second bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has queen bed and ceiling fan. Common full bathroom is in bedroom hall off the living room. Utility/laundry room with front load washer and dryer off kitchen. Large living room with ceiling fan, couch, full size sleeper sofa and 46-inch flat screen LED TV (with Dish service). Huge 12x40 deck with a roll out canopy. Auto generator for power outages. Wireless Internet access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING.

We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. The seasonal communal pool at the recreation center is available by presenting the pool pass and paying the use fee.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is eight. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets is 2. If you are bringing your pet(s), please let us know how many pets you will be bringing in the comment section of the reservation request.

All rental properties have fully equipped kitchens with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Each property is provided with blankets, linens, towels, coffee filters, first morning coffee, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and bath soap. Some items you will need to provide: shampoo, all food and beverages. During the fall and winter (Oct 1st-March 31st), properties with fireplaces may burn fire logs. No wood is allowed to be used in the fireplaces. Guests must provide their own fire logs.

PETS or UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES: Pets are allowed in some of the rental properties with approval prior to arrival. A $25 pet cleaning fee will be applied for the entire stay. Approved pets (pet policy does apply) must be registered on the reservation and a $200 pet damage deposit will be authorized on the day of arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold that will automatically release after a few days. If it is apparent that you have an unregistered pet or unregistered guest staying in the rental property, you will be charged $250.00 additional and/or asked to leave with no refunds. Your occupying the rental property acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges, all charges of collecting these charges, and damages beyond normal wear and tear including candle wax and/or drinks spilled on bedspreads, furniture, or carpets, etc.

PARKING: All of the rental properties have a minimum of two parking spaces. Some of the larger homes offer more spaces.

SMOKING: All of the rental properties and motel rooms are non-smoking including vape pens, e-cigarettes and marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party was smoking inside the property, your credit card will be charged an additional $250.00 for professional carpet, upholstery, and drapery cleaning. When smoking outside, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. You will be charged an additional $50 if we have to clean your cigarette butts from the ground.

OUTSIDE FIRES: Outside fire are not allowed for any reason with the exception of the properties with outside fire pits. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party had an outside fire, your credit card will be charged an additional $250 for clean up and fines levied by the Fire Department.

PEST CONTROL: A pest control technician arrives the second Thursday of every month to perform pest control services.

Your occupying the rental property or room acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges.

DIRECTIONS TO HOLIDAY ISLAND MAIN ENTRANCE
From the East and the South (Eureka Springs): Take Hwy 23 North off of Hwy 62. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.

From the North: Head towards Eureka Springs. When you cross the MO/AR state line you should be on Hwy P in Missouri and Hwy 23 in Arkansas. Go approximately 5 miles south of the AR/MO border on Hwy 23 until you come to the Holiday Island Shopping Center. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be on the right.

From the West: Follow Hwy 62 East towards Eureka Springs. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 23 North. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.

Deposit Policy

Vacation Rental Property reservations: A 50% of the reservation is due at the time the reservation is made and is refundable only in accordance with the cancellation policy. There is an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. Balance will be charged on the day of arrival.

A WONDERFUL place. Clean with lots of room. Beautiful view out back. Grill is amazing... VERY nice. Kitchen is loaded with everything you cold need to cook. Hot tub looked nice and clean, although we didn't use it. Beds are very comfy. Clean linens and towels. Good water pressure and plenty warm. Back deck is large with plenty of places to sit. Also a nice front porch to enjoy coffee in the morning. Overall, a great find... and only 20min from Eureka Springs!

It was just like the pictures! I'm very happy about that. Even with my grandparents needing accommodations, everything was fine except the toilets. The hot tub was fantastic. Being pet friendly was a huge plus. It was a great stay, thank you very much for letting my family and I stay there. Highly recommend!

Definitely a great space for a family trip. Easy to find, huge space. The kitchen is well equipped (pots, pans, basic seasonings, tinfoil etc etc etc.) so cooking meals at the house is doable. Has everything you need for the dishwasher and washer/dryer. Forgot shampoo? They got it.

The house is located deep in holiday island, so it does take some time to exit the community. Eureka springs about 20min. Hiking spots same timing. We didn’t find it an issue at all. Some restaurants nearby too.

Oh, and we loved the hot tub. Very private 🙂

We had a super time! The lake access and the proximity to Eureka Springs was everything we wanted. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for the fall evenings surrounded by the gorgeous autumn leaves. It was a wonderful weekend getaway!

Quiet spot near lake. Patio and hot tub are lovely. 15-20 min from eureka springs. The rec center on holiday island has a great pool (for a fee). Plenty big for our 5 guests.
