Updated home with unique layout! This home features a spacious kitchen. The dining area is located to one side of the kitchen with the living area is located on the opposite side. The living room features electric fireplace, 48-inch flat screen LCD TV and sliding doors to the deck. The dining area also offers sliding doors to the deck. Master bedroom located on the main floor features a KING BED. The second sleeping area and third bedroom are located downstairs off of the living area. The first sleeping area offers a twin daybed and the second bedroom offers two queen beds and an attached bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom located downstairs off of the dining area has a queen bed, full bunk bed and an attached bath with walk in shower. The jetted tub room with washer and dryer closet is located downstairs off the dining area before the third bedroom. Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. No pets. Please note the fireplace on the dining area side is not available for guest use. Please note the driveway for this property is steep and not suitable for trailers. Doorbell security camera.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.
The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests.

All rental properties have fully equipped kitchens with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Each property is provided with blankets, linens, towels, coffee filters, first morning coffee, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and bath soap. Some items you will need to provide: shampoo, all food and beverages. During the fall and winter (Oct 1st-March 31st), properties with fireplaces may burn fire logs. No wood is allowed to be used in the fireplaces. Guests must provide their own fire logs.
PETS or UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES: Pets are allowed in some of the rental properties with approval prior to arrival. A $25 pet cleaning fee will be applied for the entire stay. Approved pets (pet policy does apply) must be registered on the reservation and a $200 pet damage deposit will be authorized on the day of arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold that will automatically release after a few days. If it is apparent that you have an unregistered pet or unregistered guest staying in the rental property, you will be charged $250.00 additional and/or asked to leave with no refunds. Your occupying the rental property acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges, all charges of collecting these charges, and damages beyond normal wear and tear including candle wax and/or drinks spilled on bedspreads, furniture, or carpets, etc.
PARKING: All of the rental properties have a minimum of two parking spaces. Some of the larger homes offer more spaces.
SMOKING: All of the rental properties and motel rooms are non-smoking including vape pens, e-cigarettes and marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party was smoking inside the property, your credit card will be charged an additional $250.00 for professional carpet, upholstery, and drapery cleaning. When smoking outside, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. You will be charged an additional $50 if we have to clean your cigarette butts from the ground.
OUTSIDE FIRES: Outside fire are not allowed for any reason with the exception of the properties with outside fire pits. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party had an outside fire, your credit card will be charged an additional $250 for clean up and fines levied by the Fire Department.
PEST CONTROL: A pest control technician arrives the second Thursday of every month to perform pest control services.
Your occupying the rental property or room acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges.
DIRECTIONS TO HOLIDAY ISLAND MAIN ENTRANCE
From the East and the South (Eureka Springs): Take Hwy 23 North off of Hwy 62. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.
From the North: Head towards Eureka Springs. When you cross the MO/AR state line you should be on Hwy P in Missouri and Hwy 23 in Arkansas. Go approximately 5 miles south of the AR/MO border on Hwy 23 until you come to the Holiday Island Shopping Center. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be on the right.
From the West: Follow Hwy 62 East towards Eureka Springs. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 23 North. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.

Vacation Rental Property reservations: A 50% of the reservation is due at the time the reservation is made and is refundable only in accordance with the cancellation policy. There is an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. Very nice home! Driveway was really steep but the view was really nice!
Excellent place for a group trip. Clean, great layout, gorgeous location, and lots to do nearby for everyone. I cannot stress enough how amazing the place is.
Overall was a nice stay. Several of the posts on the railing on the patio were loose upon arrival. Didn’t seem safe to be out there much as we had children with us.
Other than that, everything was good.
This house itself is beautifully decorated. It is probably best suited for older children 10+ due to the decor items.
The layout is odd but it is a renovated duplex. The master bedroom, two separate baths, dining room and two sitting areas are on the main floor. One of the stairs go down lead to a jacuzzi room and bunk bed room with another bathroom.
The lower level is not connected, so you must ascend those steps again, walk the length of the house to the other stairs, go down and find another bedroom with a bathroom.
The driveway is at a steep incline with multiple turns and a very small turn around point which could make others weary. The views are awesome. No issues with internet and there are tv’s in almost every room.
We would stay here again but did feel that it was way bigger than what we needed. Perfect for bigger families though!
The rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. It’s cozy and the kitchen has almost everything to cook. The balcony view is so pretty.
We loved our stay on Holiday Island! The house was perfect and just like the pictures. It was very clean and cozy. Loved the fireplace. We took full advantage of the beautiful deck, gorgeous view, and hot tub. There was plenty of parking. Didn’t take long to get to Eureka Springs (less than 20 minutes) and the drive was beautiful! Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if ever back in that beautiful area.
Check in was simple with great communication from the host. The location provided a beautiful view from the back porch which was very spacious. The home was clean and we felt very welcomed in the space. The hot tub was well maintained and well placed on the porch. Overall, we very much enjoyed our visit.
Great location. Quiet, amazing sunsets and well equipped. We arrived 30 minutes early and were allowed to check in early, which was very welcome after a long drive. We used the hot tub every night and it was so relaxing. Great location!!!

This was one of our favorite homes we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable, insane views! We had the pleasure of watching July 4th fireworks show from the balcony. Show was put on by Holiday Island with our location the equivalent of front row seats without the need to drive there and back!
Thirty five Table Rock Drive is a well laid out home with a spectacular view. The bedrooms are spacious and it features an open floor plan. The hot tub was delightful and the porch was large, lovely, open, and also had a great view of the lake. Our family wants to return next year.

Great house with beautiful view! We loved having access to the double garage, comfortable beds (2 kings and a queen!), large kitchen, awesome deck with great furniture. There was even a hot tub, although we did not use it. We would definitely stay here again.

Where to start...the location was just beautiful! The house was clean and stylish, and the outdoor/screened in patio was GREAT. The view was spectacular, we especially enjoyed lounging in the hot tub and watching the lights of the town below. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, a perfect place for a relaxing weekend. We would most definitely stay here again!

This is a great property with an excellent view. The house is in good condition and the furnishings are great. We lacked for nothing and really enjoyed our week in this home. The house is close to Eureka Springs (about 15 mins) and about an hour from Branson. Arkansas roads are not very good so, plan accordingly.
Good TV and Internet too. Hot tub is run of the mill and so is the jacuzzi but everything else is excellent. Decks is screened (screens need work) and is large. It extends all the way across the back of the house. We there in December and spent a lot of time on it!
Also, the house has a garage, but you have to go inside to open it, but if you want your car out of the weather, then you can do it. Don't plan on much in the way of outside activities at the house because the land slopes off rapidly and is not prepared for much other than walking through it if you wish to.
All in all, it was a good visit with a value equal roughly to what we paid. Recommend highly.

Very very clean. Has a regular coffee pot & everything you would need to cook. There is even a gas grill. The porch is the best spot! Has a large table to seat 6 and screened in (needs a couple repairs) porch that is perfect to keep the bugs off.
Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 35 Table Rock. The house was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything one could want to cook meals for the family. It was just like being at home, but with a better view and a hot tub!
