The second bedroom has a KING BED, 28-inch flat screen LCD TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, 32-inch flat screen LCD TV, and DVD. This home features a spacious kitchen and dining room. The large living room features a memory foam queen sofa sleeper, vaulted ceiling, skylight, 48-inch flat screen LCD TV, and DVD. Floor to ceiling glass windows and doors in the living and dining room allow natural light and spectacular views day and night. There is a huge screened in 10x50 DECK with personal SIX-PERSON HOT TUB, ceiling fans, picnic table, and LAKE VIEW. Free WIFI access provided. Ceiling fans are located in every room. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. No pets.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.
The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests.

All rental properties have fully equipped kitchens with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Each property is provided with blankets, linens, towels, coffee filters, first morning coffee, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and bath soap. Some items you will need to provide: shampoo, all food and beverages. During the fall and winter (Oct 1st-March 31st), properties with fireplaces may burn fire logs. No wood is allowed to be used in the fireplaces. Guests must provide their own fire logs.
PETS or UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES: Pets are allowed in some of the rental properties with approval prior to arrival. A $25 pet cleaning fee will be applied for the entire stay. Approved pets (pet policy does apply) must be registered on the reservation and a $200 pet damage deposit will be authorized on the day of arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold that will automatically release after a few days. If it is apparent that you have an unregistered pet or unregistered guest staying in the rental property, you will be charged $250.00 additional and/or asked to leave with no refunds. Your occupying the rental property acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges, all charges of collecting these charges, and damages beyond normal wear and tear including candle wax and/or drinks spilled on bedspreads, furniture, or carpets, etc.
PARKING: All of the rental properties have a minimum of two parking spaces. Some of the larger homes offer more spaces.
SMOKING: All of the rental properties and motel rooms are non-smoking including vape pens, e-cigarettes and marijuana. Smoking is allowed outside only. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party was smoking inside the property, your credit card will be charged an additional $250.00 for professional carpet, upholstery, and drapery cleaning. When smoking outside, do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. You will be charged an additional $50 if we have to clean your cigarette butts from the ground.
OUTSIDE FIRES: Outside fire are not allowed for any reason with the exception of the properties with outside fire pits. If evidence is found during your stay or after your departure that someone from your party had an outside fire, your credit card will be charged an additional $250 for clean up and fines levied by the Fire Department.
PEST CONTROL: A pest control technician arrives the second Thursday of every month to perform pest control services.
Your occupying the rental property or room acknowledges that you agree to pay these additional charges.
DIRECTIONS TO HOLIDAY ISLAND MAIN ENTRANCE
From the East and the South (Eureka Springs): Take Hwy 23 North off of Hwy 62. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.
From the North: Head towards Eureka Springs. When you cross the MO/AR state line you should be on Hwy P in Missouri and Hwy 23 in Arkansas. Go approximately 5 miles south of the AR/MO border on Hwy 23 until you come to the Holiday Island Shopping Center. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be on the right.
From the West: Follow Hwy 62 East towards Eureka Springs. Turn LEFT onto Hwy 23 North. The old train station is the last thing in town. When you pass it you are in the country. The Holiday Island Main entrance (Holiday Island Drive) will be 4.5 miles north of the train station on the left.

Deposit Policy
Vacation Rental Property reservations: A 50% of the reservation is due at the time the reservation is made and is refundable only in accordance with the cancellation policy. There is an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. Balance will be charged on the day of arrival.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb‘s I have ever stayed at. We take a Christmas trip every year, and this property was the perfect place for it. It very comfortably fit our family of six (plus a baby). The living room was a spacious place to visit and open several presents. The whole house was very clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. Our favorite place to relax was the beautiful screened in back porch. The views out there of the lakes were gorgeous. The patio furniture was so comfortable. To top it all off, there is a hot tub. Couldn’t have gotten better than that. If we are ever in the Eureka Springs area again, I would definitely book this house. If you’re looking for a homey place to stay with your family, this is it!

This property and host exceeded all expectations. We stay on the island a few times a year and this is the best STR we have stayed at yet. It didn’t feel so commercialized and loaded with rules that can be a turn off to guests. The furniture was extremely comfortable and hi quality which was important to me due to my body type. This is a nice home with a beautiful view. Living room and kitchen are good size. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking/eating meals there. Cozy fireplace in the living room. Deck area is a great asset to the house with a nice hot tub on it. The house easily accommodated 7 adults.
We were a little disappointed in the small size of the main bathroom, and the showers in both bathrooms were smaller than normal. Maybe not an issue for most people, but my husband and two grown sons are over 6 ft and 300 lbs and it was uncomfortable for them.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

We took full advantage of the beautiful deck, gorgeous view, and hot tub. There was plenty of parking. Didn’t take long to get to Eureka Springs (less than 20 minutes) and the drive was beautiful! This is a great property with an excellent view. The house is in good condition and the furnishings are great. We lacked for nothing and really enjoyed our week in this home. The house is close to Eureka Springs (about 15 mins) and about an hour from Branson. Arkansas roads are not very good so, plan accordingly.
Good TV and Internet too. Hot tub is run of the mill and so is the jacuzzi but everything else is excellent. Decks is screened (screens need work) and is large. It extends all the way across the back of the house. We there in December and spent a lot of time on it!
Also, the house has a garage, but you have to go inside to open it, but if you want your car out of the weather, then you can do it. Don't plan on much in the way of outside activities at the house because the land slopes off rapidly and is not prepared for much other than walking through it if you wish to.
All in all, it was a good visit with a value equal roughly to what we paid. Recommend highly.
